What is the value of GLOW?
100 GLOW is equivalent to a reference value of RM1. The minimum redemption amount is 1,000 GLOW, equivalent to RM10.
Will my level expire or be downgraded?
Membership levels are valid for 12 months from the achievement date; you can upgrade immediately upon reaching a new level. Downgrades only occur if renewal spending requirements are not met by the end of the validity period.
When do GLOW points expire?
Standard GLOW expires 24 months from the earning date. The system prioritizes using GLOW with the earliest expiration, and you will be reminded 90, 30, 7, and 3 days before expiration.
Can I transfer or cash out GLOW?
No. GLOW cannot be cashed out, sold, withdrawn, or directly transferred between members to ensure the program remains simple and fair for all members.
Do purchases from e-commerce platforms count towards level spending?
Genuine products can be authenticated and earn activation GLOW regardless of where they are purchased. However, e-commerce platform purchases do not automatically count towards level spending—purchases made directly from the SERANA official website earn the full standard ratio and count towards level spending.
